You are only allowed to wear sneakers/tennis shoes during the session. Crocs are not recommended.
Always be on time. If you have an emergency, please inform me before your session. After 15 minutes, the late fee is $15, and after 30 minutes, the session will be canceled, and you will be charged the full amount. Failure to pay this amount will prevent you from booking future sessions.
Confirm your session the day before.
Keep track of your progress, weight, and compliance with the meal plan every week.
Stay as consistent as possible with your assigned meal plan. Failure to do so will slow down your progress and results.
If you need to cancel, please notify me 24 hours before your session. If canceled within two hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged. Failure to pay this fee will prohibit you from returning.
The Services provided by the Personal Trainer will last for a period of 60 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes per training session.
No eating during sessions. Please eat before and after as only water is allowed during the sessions.
Phone use should be limited during the session unless there is an emergency.
There are NO REFUNDS for any sessions or fees paid. All payments made are final.
By signing this agreement, the Client grants permission to the Personal Trainer to take videos during training sessions for the purpose of tracking progress and for promotional use. If the Client prefers not to be recorded, they must notify the Personal Trainer in writing.
